Randy, I'm filling this out from the perspective of someone who has sat in your classes for a couple of semesters now.

Your overall design is very easy to follow and read. Your commitment to the profession and self evaluation comes through very clearly. The reason I answered no to two of the evaluation questions is because I don't think that you can describe in print the impact that you have on students, those intangibles if you will. The extra time you devote and the dedication you have to students and the impact on those students lives. These things won't come through as easily in a written document. So to me, in that respect if falls short of describing your strengths and accomplishments, and the best of your teaching.
